NOTE:
Hilsboro, WI CCO 08/06/2011-003
They set a pre-registration deadline of a week ago, extended it a week, and still only have three cooks. None local. It's too bad, but not unexpected.

NOTE:  My Zip Code that is on the Credentials Report is wrong.  I have sent a change.  It should read 76904.

From Jim Ezell:
This is the time of year I put together the sponsor commitments and package how they can interact with CASI. I need help from the membership on two projects.
First: Woodbridge has expressed an interest in expanding their role beyond TICC. They have asked me to put together a list of significant events where wine can be sampled or sold. If you are interested in having this sponsor opportunity, send me a description of your cook off and why you think it would merit this sponsor participation.

Message from Christine:
Did you ever provide us with a list of key CASI events with optimum sampling opportunities as well as events where wine can also be sold? Tracy and Courtney were asking me about this earlier in the week. With our upcoming “Cook-off to Kick-Off” promotion, it would be great to have that list so we can tie in on a local level. Thanks for your help with that.

Best,

Casa Fiesta Division of Bruce Foods has asked for help in purchasing their beans as well as getting retailers to carry them. We all know what a battle it is out there for shelf space. Anybody that has tried their beans knows that it is a quality product that has done well in the competitions. Bruce Foods has invested a tremendous amount of money in CASI and I really need help to give them this product support.
Below is the list of outlets from Virginia Brown Forrestier. I will be meeting with them at their New Iberia headquarters next week to iron out our CASI marketing for 2011-12
