Thousand Trails Lake Whitney will NOT be charging chili cooks for their RV sites. They will be free of charge just as they have been in the past. You will still have to pay for cabins, though. The TT Lake Whitney CCO is Oct 8th and 9th this year.

For qualified cooks and showteams who are not able to attend TICC: Contestant shirts will be available for pickup bwtween 1pm and 3pm on Friday Nov. 4th. If you are picking up a shirt for someone, remember they must be a current (paid) CASI member.

"Official Shirts" will be available for pick up when you register.

Here is the Agenda for the Great Pepper's Meeting on Saturday September 10, 2011 in Kerrville.


Here is also the draft of the Schedule of Events. At this time I do not have the location. This will be added later.  Please note the we will be having a Monitor's class.  Diane FitzHenry will be leading that.  We will have a session to discuss the proposed Rule Changes.  This will b followed by an informal Round Table discussion with the Board of Directors.  This will give you time to voice your concerns as well as suggest changes.  It will also give the Board of Directors time to share what their job entails.  As our society gets more technical, our jobs have changes.
