From Barbara Herrin:
LOST SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS

I am still looking for two of our scholarship students. They are Lauren McAdams and Luke Sotkovski. Both received scholarships beginning in 2008. I have no contact information for them and have not received their fall and spring grades. I need the grades and contact information to issue their checks for this fall. If anyone knows these students, please let me know ASAP.

From Jim Stateczny:
I have changed (simplified) the download procedure for the tally program. I realized that this version no longer requires the .net framework and so the download procedure can be streamlined. Now when you click on the reference a box will pop up asking if you want to run the program, or save it. Simply save it to your desktop and the icon will appear. Very simple.

GREAT PEPPER'S:
Remember that your Annual Report is due to me by August 15.  This is your ticket for attending the Great Pepper's meeting in Salado, TX on September 11.  If you or the Pod has an issue that you would like to have put on the agenda for this meeting, please contact me with the information.  If you have a handout for this meeting, please send it to me as soon as possible.  The Annual Credential Report is also located in the Resource Center on the CASI web page (http://www.chili.org/).  I have already received several of these reports.  Thanks to all of you who have sent your report in early.

Be a Candidate for the CASI Board:  Do you need some excitment in your life?  Are you looking for a job that is fun and rewarding?  Think about running for the CASI Board.  The nomination package is located in the Resource Center on the CASI web page (http://www.chili.org/).

Larry Burress remind you that the National Chili Cookoff will be held August 14 in Buda, TX.  See the flyer below.

If you have an article for the August Terlingua Trails please get it to Dana Plocheck by the evening of July 15 which is tomorrow!

From Dorathy Williams:
ATTENTION..
Reminder, if you plan on having a September cookoff, you only have 1 more days to send the information to me so that it will appear in the August Trails.
