Cooks Information
• Chili Cook-off Kick-off party for cooks and spouses on Friday, July 16th from 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm at The Orchard at Charlie Clark’s Steak Restaurant.
• Cooks meeting at 9:00 am on Saturday.
• Red Chili turn-in at 2:00 pm.
• Great prizes for Red Chili, People’s Choice, Show, and Salsa. Please bring at least 2 gallons of throw down chili for people’s choice (mainly the crowd).
• CASI rules apply.
• Entry fee is only $20 for all events. Fee, People’s Choice and Salsa alone is $10.
• RV parking available, no hook-ups.
• You will need a pop-up tent for cooking and serving chili.
