Hey gang. My continuing education is paying off. I learned something today. (With a little help from my friends.) The attached GPM Registration Form has fields that may be filled in. If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can fill-in the blanks and save it, and email to me. If you only have Adobe Reader, you can fill in the blanks, print it, scan it and email it to me. If you don't have scanning capabilities, just slip it in the mail. You have six months.

NOTE from Janice:  Today, I will send it to be placed in the Resource Center.  I can not put PDF files on the Blog.  It will be available in a couple of day.  I will let you know when it is.  If you want it now, please email me and I can send it to you.
