Bruce Smith received the following information from Patsy Chilress about flying into Midland/Odessa Airport for the Great Pepper's meeting. There is a shuttle available from the airport to the hotel. You can pull it up on their website and print a discount coupon for both coming and going. Their website is: www.gksshuttleservice.com. July 18, 2009 Indianapolis, IN - The Country Inn Chili and Ribs Cookoff added another successful event to the history book for Indiana. Damar Services where chosen as this years charity. The weather was not your typical Indiana July weather, with highs for the day only reaching into the low 70's. A first time Ribs category drew in 8 cooks with the Inaugural winner being Dave Clark, sponsor and owner of the newly opened Brickhouse Burger Co. With the cool weather, it helped draw a good crowd and ended with a relaxing cooks party sponsored by Hoosier CASI cooks Butch and Sherrie Sutton and the Brickhouse Burger Co. Winners were:
