NOTE: The CCO scheduled this weekend ( March 10,2012) for the Rattlesnake Round up in Sweetwater, TX has been CANCELED. There still will be a chili cookoff, but it will not be CASI sanctioned.!! If you know somebody planning on attending this and plans to enter CASI chili, please advise them of this change.
