From Bill Heslop:
One more reminder about this weekend.
From Jennife Sherfield:
I have created a website for chili pictures to be shared. The name of the website is www.chili-ography.com My goal is to move all of the chili cook-off pictures from my personal Facebook page to this site. I envision that more people will have access to this site and be able to enjoy the excitement of the chili world. Sometimes pictures are worth a million words; and just by sharing them, I hope that this will help promote chili and the charities that we cook for. I hope that many of you will share your photos with me so that I can share them on this site. For more information, please contact me at jennifer.sherfield@chili-ography.com or jennifer.sherfield@yahoo.com. Please bare with me because this is a work in progress, but I am learning every day.

From Sherrie Davis:
Just a reminder about the Pasadena CCO next weekend.  See details below:
From Alan Dean:
Please note that on the right hand side of this blog is a link to the Texas Men's State CCO.  You will find all of the information that you need.  Looking forward to seeing all the men at this CCO.  Let's make this the best yet!

From Blu Daniels:
Rose City Pod - Tyler at Gander Mountain: Friday night there will be Kareoke fun for the early arrivals.  There is plenty of RV space, but no hookups.  We expect lots of public, so please bring any extra chili you have to serve for People's Choice. There will be 50 goody bags which includes an event t-shirts and a Tyler rose bush + lots more.    There will be a Fajita dinner Saturday, approx. 1 hour after announcements and there will be a band until 9:00. If you have not pre-paid, registration will open at 8:30 Saturday morning. We have had lots of TV and radio coverage and looking forward to having our current TICC champ, Larry Walton, with us this year. Gander Mountain is on Hwy 69, approx. 5 miles south of Loop 323. Call John Daniels for more info or directions 903-530-4497.

It's Firday already.  Time to pack and head to a CCO some place.  Our prayers are that all of our chili cooks have survived the terrible storms that have occured this weekend.  Have a great week, and if you find any extra points laying around, let me know.
CHIII, CHARITY AND FUN!
