Wednesday Sponsor Tie In
The dessert contest will still be held. It will just be part of the
Thursday event. Anyone is still eligible to compete and there will be cash
prizes. The Trails had already gone to press when I spoke with Stephanie last
Monday. The gifts for the men and women this year will be TICC shot glasses as
well as raffle and door prizes. Outlaw Cigar is providing 200 cigars for cigar
smokers as well as door prizes.
The west Texas management team of Republic National Distrib Co will again
be joining us to represent McCormick and Woodbridge and will have a motor home
this year. Western Spirits is distributed through Glazers.
The costume party is being aided by Western Spirits and Tequila Rose. There
will be a bar set up pouring complimentary Western Spirits product and we need
ample pictures and exposure to send back to them. Banners are being provided by
the liquor company as well as "Alien Theme" banners from the beer companies.

From Renee Moore:
Thanks to the assistance of Cindy Reed
Wilkins, CASI has now partnered with Chili Pepper magazine. Jim Ezell
has provided info to the magazine relative to what they will receive for their
in-kind assistance. They plan to be at TICC and develop an article or series of
articles chronicling the cookoff.
Additionally, thanks to Dana, they will reproduce the CASI info poster in their upcoming magazine. This sponsorship could reap great benefits for our organization.
