Keep the Kansas Women's and Men's State cook-off in mind- they are coming up this Saturday the 17th, and another chance to earn points the next day on Sunday the 18th.

As you know the Winner of the Women's and Winner of the Men's State Cook-offs automatically qualify for TICC. Also the top 3 Kansas Women, and the top 3 Kansas Men also qualify for TICC. Not to mention there are 48 CASI chili points to be claimed.

Held at Tom May's Unit of Franklin Mountain Park located just off Transmountain Rd on the West side of Franklin Mountains. From 1-10 take the Transmountain Rd exit, travel 3 miles and the entrance gate will be on your left. From Hwy 54 in El Paso, take the Transmountain Rd exit and travel about 7 miles, over the summit, and the entrance will be on your right. Once in the park, check the signs.
