Scholarship Recipient Reminder
It is now June and the end of the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 semesters. Please remember that scholarship recipients will need to send me a copy of your grades for those two semesters so that I can ascertain whether or not they are eligible to receive funds for the Fall 2012 semester. Please get those grades to me by June 15th. We plan to mail the fall checks by August 15th if possible, but that will not happen if I do not have the recipient’s grades.

Also, if for some reason you have not received last years GP video or Terlingua pictures, please email me so I can send them to you. My computer was stolen and I lost most of the information. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

From Darin Jester:

The Three-I Regional Open Championship is one week away. It will be held in beautiful Ottumwa, Iowa at the Greater Ottumwa Park, intersection of US 34 and SR 149. It is not too late to register. In addition to the CASI Championship division, there will be a homestyle contest and a salsa competition. Ottumwa is pretty good for getting out the public, so extra chili will be appreciated. The cookoff will benefit the Food Bank of Southern Iowa, so we want to sell many tasting cups.
