From Dave Hewlett
From Sherrie Davis:
OK everyone - it is time for Pasadena Pod cook off. The weather is going to be great - cold and possibly wet by the 11th so hopefully it will not be tooooo bad on that Sat but bring your heaters, side panels and lots of warm drink..
Can not have a cook off with out weather.

From Dave Hewlett:

Reminder of the 3 following CCO’s.

Garland High School March Of Dimes CCO Saturday March 7th.

Garland Elks CCO for the Elks EFN on March 14th at the Garland Elks lodge.

CCO on March 15th held at the Garland Elks Lodge.

At the Garland Elks chili cook off March 14th we have decided to do a junior CCO on that Saturday.

Some of our juniors have asked that we have it as they want to try out their new cooking equipment.

So turn in will be 12pm Noon.

ED NOTE:

I will be leaving town on Mon afternoon. It appears at this time, the only posting I will get to do next week will be Monday's. If you have something that will need to be posted next week, please try to get it to me by midnight Sunday Night. I'm hoping that I may be able to do some posts during the week, but it doesn't appear that this will happen. If necessary, I will post early Monday morning and then at about noon. Sorry for any inconvenience that this causes.

Here's hoping that the weather where ever it is that each of you are cooking, will be beautiful. There are a lot of CCOs to choose from, so there should be a lot of cooking this weekend. Here's hoping that you will have the Luck of the Irish and the blessing of the Chili God.
