The Permian Basin Cookoff. April 25, 2009.
Held at the Hog Pit. Entry fee $25 turn-in 2 PM. LSBS rules for judging BBQ Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs or Brisket $25 entry. Fajitas, Open Meat and Dessert. Cook all categories for $100. We are selling Cook's Aprons with the PBC logo and 25th year on them. Each cooking team can put their Company's name or their Cooking Teams' name or both on the apron. The aprons are to be ready this week, for showing and ordering. With PBC logo they are $25.00 each. Every team or person has to pay for whatever additional names they want on the aprons. They really are good looking red aprons with blue print and white 25th year embroidery. We are making sure the aprons will fit any size of person. All profits from the sale of these aprons go to our charity also.
