From Barbara Herrin:
This is a reminder that all scholarship applications need to be submitted to me by Feb. 1, 2012.

From Sherrie Davis:

The Texas Ex's are having a cook off in a little town called High Hill - just down from Schlenburg.
It is a beautiful spot - with one of the most beautiful Churchs on the Painted Church Tour.
They had a cook off there last year and learned about what CASI is all about from a cook that decided to have a sanctioned one.
Hope that you will come out and support their cause and get some points.
Oh by the way - whether you are maroon, green or red - they will like you anyway.

From Adrienne Grant:

Dear CASI Great Peppers,

As you probably know, the Great Peppers meeting will be held in the Dallas area for the next 3 years. An idea has been put on the table regarding the Friday meal at the meeting to have all the Great Peppers draw a number for a table to sit with colleagues they may not normally get an opportunity to meet casually. We are trying to put this to an email vote of the Great Peppers. In addition to your vote, we'd like you to share your thoughts behind your vote. There are pros and cons to having CASI host the meal, and your comments will be helpful in understanding them. If you have not already done so, please send a note with your name and pod name to adrienneg@gmail.com as soon as you can. Let your voice be heard, vote today!

It's Wednesday and here are the CCOs for this weekend.
