We are leaving today for Little Rock, AR for the Board of Directors meeting which is Sat. I will try to post tomorrow and Friday, but might not be as early as usual.

From Dale Reinecker:

Hello Chiliheads,

This is directed to those hearty souls that braved the heat to participate in the 33rd Cowtown cookoff, for which we thank you very much. We are trying to gauge what kind of economic impact our cookoff had on Cabela’s, as well as the number of people we attracted (not just chili cooks). So we need your help in answering a few questions for us. Please respond to Dale Reinecker at
dreinecker@msn.com.

1. Did you attend Friday & Saturday, or Saturday only or Sunday only?

2. How far did you travel to attend?

3. How many people were in your group? Did you also have guests that came out? How many?
(For example it was just me cooking, but there were 6 friends that came to hang out and I know they went shopping.)

4. How much did you and/or your party spend with Cabela’s? (count everything from camper parts, to food to ice chests, clothing, etc. etc.)

5. How do you feel about having the cookoff at Cabela’s?

6. What could we do to improve the cookoff?

If you’d take a few minutes to answer these questions, I think it will help us out and we’d appreciate it.
Dale Reinecker
