NOTE: I have just received information from our Insurance Company, Consolidated Insurance Center, Inc (CIC). They have been able to secure us a blanket policy for the CASI Insurance Certificates. This adds a small amount to the cost for our insurance premiums. For those of you who have sent me money of $35.00 required for each additional name on the certificate for future CCOs, we will return your money. Those that had to pay the cost for CCOs held since October to March, we regret that you were charged this fee. We will not recieve a refund for those certificates.
