The Houston POD's Blanco's Christmas Cook-off is history and it was a great time. Thanks to Karen Barnes and the staff at Blanco's for another great event. Show was a hoot and lots of Holiday cheer for all 53 cooks. Winners were:

The January issue of the Trails is now available for viewing on CIS.  It was also sent to the printer on Saturday and hopefully will be mailed out by end of this week.  Apparently there were some problems with deliveries last month so if you do not receive your January issue by January 10th please advise.   Due to the holidays the mail may be slower this month but I hope we don’t run into a problem like we did last month.  I apologize for any inconvenience this caused anyone.
