NOTE From Janice:
I have a request for a CCO sponsored by Farmers Insurance in Kalispell, Montana in May 2010.  I have not located anybody close enough for a Referee.  If you are interested in going to Kalispell, Montana next May, please let me know.  It is a good time to expand our CCOs to another state.  We have had CCOs in MT in the past, but we have not had any in the last 6 or 7 yrs.
