hey Girls, Wasn't Rankin a Blast?!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for attending our Tequila Rose Toast. Congratulations to our first two time winner, Carolyn Seelig. She made it 9 for 9 in 09!!!!!!! In fact 7 out of 9 winners were women-congratulations to each of you.

Krazy Flats Coordinator

The Board of Directors is soliciting applications from anyone interested in being the Krazy Flats Coordinator during TICC 2009. The Krazy Flats Coordinator will work under a CASI Board member and may solicit volunteers to work in Krazy Flats. Job duties include:

Ø Cleanup of Krazy Flats Concession and Pavilion Areas prior to and after event
Ø Set up of tables and chairs and tear down at conclusion of event
Ø Securing ice from ice trailer to stock freezers prior to event
Ø Securing beer and icing down stock
Ø Stocking concession items for sale
Ø Selling of wristbands to early arrivals in Krazy Flats
Ø Replenishing ice and beer stock, when necessary
Ø Work with CASI Treasurer on cash/inventory reconciliations and pickups Ø Ongoing cleaning of patio/concession area
Ø Packing of all unsold merchandise and beer at conclusion of event
Ø Preparing and coordinating Volunteer schedule
Ø Meet and greet sponsors visiting Krazy Flats Saloon
Ø Within two weeks after event, submit report to CASI Board outlining operations, suggestions, concerns, etc.

This weekend at Water Valley, Texas, Concho Valley Chili Pod will be having their annual Valentine Massacre CCO. It is a 2 day CCO. On Sat, there will be Jackpot Beans. Turn in time is 12:00. Entry Fee is $5. Chili turn-in is 2:00. Entry Fee is $18. There will be a cake auction and a 50/50 pot. Sat evening there will be a Mexican Pot Luck. On Sunday, the chili turn in time will be 12:00. Entry Fee is $18 or 2 cans of food and $15. The food will go to the Concho Valley Food Bank. This is going to be a great time and the weather is going to be nice.
