Hello Everyone. The 32nd Annual Texas Open is now in the books and congratulations to our new champ, Chuck Spishock from Dickinson and our new Show Champ, Brent Allen from George West. We were down a little this year in cooks with 87 total turned in. We had a great time at Papa's Ice House in Spring TX. We had nine junior cooks this year. Below are the results from the cookoff.

We are heading to Synder this afternoon. I hope to still have email, etc. Here's hoping for a great weekend of chili cooking for all of us. I know that some parts of the country are a little wet. I talked to Dixie Johnson yesterday and she said they were getting LOTS of rain. I asked her to send us some of that.
