The U. S. National Open Championship is only a week away.
We are seeking help in judging area such as drink runners and table monitors.

special rate is today, August 3rd. The Code to use is CHXCCO. A big
“Thank You” to everyone that pre-registered. The allows us to make plans for
the cook-off. Looking forward to seeing you at Cabela’s on August 22, 2012.
NOTE: The agenda for the Friday and Saturday Meetings at the Great Pepper's Meeting will be in draft form later this week. We plan to have 3 or 4 breakout sessions on Friday.
Remember that if you are running for a director position on the CASI Boad of Director's, you must have your nomination package to me no later than August 15.
If you are running for the Executive Director Position, your nomimation package must be sent to me no later than August 15.
If you are running for the CASI Scholarship Program Administrator, this package must also be to me no later than August 15.
If you want something included on the Agenda for either the CASI Board of Director's Meeting or the Saturday Great Pepper's Meeting, please have it to me as soon as posible.
I presently have only about half of the Annual Credential Report. It is due to me by August 15.
If you have something that you want to have included in the September Trails, it must be sent to Dana Plochck no later that August 15.
