The Orlando Chili Cook-Off is ramping up for its 4th tasty year! Please mark your calendars and prep your taste buds for February 9, 2013. We have a few changes this year that are sure to make the Cook-Off better than ever. The Cook-Off will be held at a new location, Festival Park in Orlando, just across the street from Orlando Executive Airport in the Milk District.

Well all I can say is "I am not ready for the movies yet!" Here is the edited version of the film produced at the Garland Elks Cookoff for the Hungry Network on Utube. We did get 10 1/2 minutes of good publicity for CASI and many of the sponsors products are visible. Roger and Tom did a good job with the chili.
