Oct 6, 2012 in Madison GA we will be having the Madison 8th Annual Chili Cook-off and Fall Festival. Held at the city's Town Park located at 218 W. Jefferson St. All of the benefits will go to the City of Madison Volunteer Fire Department. Entry fee for CASI is $18.00 and the turn-in time is 12:30 p.m. (Chili Grind Only). Entry Fee for Open Chili is $35.00 and the turn-in time is 11:30 a.m. People's Choice Award voted on by the attendees for the best chili. Pre-register by September 21th for chef's bag. NOTE: We will have 2 new Open CCOs in the next couple of months. One will be in Canada and the other one will be in China. They are the Burk Falls Ontario Canada CCO held August 11, 2012. It will be the Ontario Provincial Championship and in Shanghai China on September 15, 2012 and it will be the Shanghai Provincial Championship. We have a referee for the Canada CCO. If you would like to go to china, I still need a referee, but I am working on this.
