We would like to invite everyone out to our first time Proud Of Texas POD Cook Off at Hog Creek Ice House on June 23rd. We will also be having our 3rd Heart of Texas Triple Crown BBQ Cook Off.
This year there will be Jr. Chili / Jr. BBQ ( Chicken Only) ( Meat and Spices ONLY for both are provided) Other Categories are as follows: Beans ( DRY PINTO BEANS ONLY) (Lone Star BBQ will be doing BEANS): Wings ( Provided by Tyson Foods); Salsa; Homemade BBQ Sauce; BBQ Chicken, Ribs, Brisket;
CASI Chili ; and Business BBQ and Chili.
LOTS more stuff going on. Silent Auction, 50/50 Pot, Raffle for BBQ Pit, Vendors, Friday Night Live Entrainment as well as good food and cold cold beverages.
