Due to a conflict in my schedule this month if you could submit your information early it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to remind everyone to please send pictures as an attachment. It is very hard for me to work with the pictures if they are embedded in an email. Thank you.

NOTE:  If you plan on attending the Great Pepper's Meeting and have not sent in your registration or made hotel reservations, please do it now.  The Great Pepper's Committee is trying to plan and need a good number for this planning.

The CCO is held at the Livery Stable Saloon and Roping Arena, 894 South Horizon Blvd, Horizon City, Texas. Take the Horizon exit off of I-10 and travel South. This is a Pod Cook Off and benefits the Pod of the Pass. CASI RULES APPLY. Also bean and salsa competition. Entry fee for chili $20.00. Beans $5.00. Salsa $5.00. All three categories $25.00. CASI chili, open chili, jr. chili, restaurant chili and salsa (restaurant and individual) will be judged. Salsa turn-in at 11:00 a.m., chili turn-in at noon. We're expecting a good crowd again, so please bring throw- down! Entry fee is $20 for CASI chili, $10 for freestyle and salsa. Juniors and restaurants are free. Main St. and benefiting the Susie Green Fund, providing clothing and food assistance to students in all Randolph County School Districts. Registration and set- up begins at 8:00 AM. Mandatory Cooks Meeting at 9:00 AM. CASI entry fee $20, turn in 12:00 Noon. Homestyle entry fee $15 or cook both for $30. Juniors entry fee $5.00. Festival begins at 10 AM and Public tasting begins at 12:00 Noon.
