Come out to the Garland Elks Cook Off Saturday June 23. Lion TV out of New York will be filming a special featuring two Asians learning about American Food that is not fast food. They will be cooking chili under the watchful eye of TICC Champion Tom Dozier and interviewing participants. This is a tremendous opportunity to promote CASI and maybe get in the film.
