From the intersection of Hwy 180 (Hubbard ST.) and Hwy 281 (Oak Ave.) travel west on 180 to the west city park turn right on American Legion DR. There will be Live Music; an Auction, a 50/50 pot, and a Large Craft Show on Site. There are RV Hook-ups as well as Dry Camping available. This is a 2 Day CCO. Day 1 benefits the United Way of Hobbs. It is a CASI Chili Cookoff. The entry fee is $18 with a Turn In Time of 1:00 PM MST. It is CHILI GRIND ONLY. This event is the 2nd annual SC State championship, and is held in conjunction with the Indian Land Fall Festival, so expect a crowd.
