Tomorrow we begin a new Chili Year 2011-2012. Time to start the whole process of getting the required number of points to get that invitation to cook at Terlingua International Chili Championship!

Monday – October 31, 2011
8:00 AM - Rancho CASI de los Chisos officially opens. CASI Directors will be on the grounds to assist you. If you arrive prior to this date, the Parking Rules are still in effect; we don't want to have to ask you to move your campsite.
Tuesday – November 1, 2011
11:00 AM - Early wristband distribution in Ancira Pavilion (main Concession) until 2:00 PM
12:00 PM - Beer Concessions
7:00 PM - TICC Annual 42 (Domino) Tournament, Ancira Pavilion until ?
Wednesday – November 2, 2011
9:00 AM - Tequila Rose BBQ registration in Krazy Flats Saloon until 11 AM
10:00 AM - Port-a-johns arrive
12:00 PM - Beer Concessions
- Cook, Show Team, and Old 320 Registration behind the Stage until 4:00 PM
Photographic identification must be presented to register to cook chili and perform showmanship
- Vendor setup
2:00 PM - Tequila Rose BBQ registration in Krazy Flats Saloon until 5PM
4:00 PM - Registration Closes

3:45 PM - Former TICC Winner’s Picture Stage Area
4:00 PM - Ancira Pavilion Happy Hour until 7:00 PM
4:30 PM - First-Time Cooks’ Meeting and Reception (Behind the Main Stage)
5:00 PM - Announcement of Wings, Beans, and Salsa Winners from the day’s events
6:00 PM - Old 320 meeting in Mexene Judging Pavilion (following announcements of the Scholarship Day events)
8:00 PM - Stage entertainment until Midnight
Saturday - November 5, 2011 – The Main Event
6:00 AM - Arena Area open for setup until 9:00 AM
8:00 AM - Cook and Show Team Registration behind the Stage until 9 AM
Photographic identification must be presented to register to cook chili and perform showmanship
9:00 AM - Motor vehicle traffic to cooking area will be limited to vehicles only
9:30 AM - Reading of Contestant list from the stage
10:00 AM - Recognition of Sponsors from the stage
- T-Shirt and Beer Concessions open
11:30 AM - Judges and Table Monitors check the Judging Pavilion for reporting times and table assignment
HIGH NOON - TURN IN CHILI AT THE MEXENE JUDGING PAVILION
12:30 PM - Showmanship Competition until 2:30 PM
3:30 PM - Cookoff Announcements to begin on the stage and end with the announcement of TICC winners
