From Kay Lefler If you are coming to Billy the Kid Chili Cookoff in Hico TX this Saturday and Sunday, do not worry about the parking space available – there will be plenty of room for RVs (dry camping) and for day cooks.  We just ask that Friday arrivals plan to come in after 5pm so the merchants can close up shop. So come on…. It’s gonna be a beautiful weekend and a great cookoff!!!
