Calling all cooks
Tomball HEB will be having their first ever chili cookoff on April 10th
There will be beans at 1:00 pm and CASI chili at 2:00pm
HEB is having Craft vendors and activities for the kids.
They will be selling tasting kits so please bring give away chili if you have any.
I will be running the judging for them as this is their first time at this.
The store is located on the southeast corner of Buisness 249 and highway 2920 in the center of downtown Tomball. From Houston come up highway 249 to where it splits and take buisness 249 to highway 2920 it is on your right.
From the Austin side come down highway 290 to Waller and take highway 2920 to the left into Tomball . When you cross buisness 249 it will be on your right.
The cookoff will be held on the north side of the store.
As with all HEB stores TABC rules say no open containers so please keep all alcohol in cups and out of sight..
Remember people HEB is a CASI sponsor so lets have a good showing and show them we support our sponsors.

Apr 3, 2010-005 - Plainview, TX CASI. 3rd Annual Fools Cup Chili and Ribeye Cookoff sponsored by the Plainview Kiwanis Club. There will be four categories to enter: chili, ribeye, fajitas, or beans. There will be several events going on; such as a hot air baloon launch and a national singing challenge. CHILI GRIND ONLY; entry fee $20. Ribeye entry fee $100, ribeyes will be provided (entry fee for ribeye also covers fajita and bean categories). Fajitas will be an open category and the entry fee is $20; unless entered in the ribeye category. Beans will be an open category and entry fee is $20; unless entered in the ribeye category. There will not be a payout for the chili category; all other categories will have a 50/50 jackpot payout. Held at Runningwater Draw Park, aka Kidsville, 4th & Ennis. Chili turn in 2 PM.
