TEXAS LADIES STATE
We are home from Texas Ladies State Championship. All though there was a lot of rain, it didn't stop us from having fun.
Congratulations to all of the winners. A big Congratulations to our new Texas Ladies State Champion, Tammie Wooster.
There were 204 registered entries and 190 chilis were turned in and judges.
This is the first CCO that qualified for our new rule II.VII.E1d d. CURRENT STATE, REGIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS WITH OVER 150 ENTRIES AND CHILIS JUDGED - A current Men's State, Women's State, State Open, Regional or International Championship that has 150 entries and chilis judged will automatically qualify first (1st) through fifth (5th) Places on any given year becoming effectively immediately.
And the new Show Rule II.VII.3. A current Men's State, Women's State, State Open, Regional or International Championship that maintained at least 150 entries and chilis judged in a given year will additionally qualify second and third place showmanship winners effective immediately.
