Food for Thought. As we get closer to September and the election of some new directors, I am going to share some of the duties a director may be assigned. Did you know that there are 5 special Committees? Each of these committees will be made up two or more Directors and members-at-large, as appropriate. One Director, appointed by the President, will be the chairperson of each committee.

Not only will we elect Directors, but we will also be looking for members-at-large for each of these committees.
