Thank you Rocky Rockwell for your article about Jim. You are right, "enough is enough." I have known and worked with Jim many years before he was CASI Director the first time. He has always had the entire CASI organization as his main focus, not just the State of Texas. This was something that came up that he thought would get CASI's name out in front of the public and that is what we want. I am sure that he has devoted more time to CASI than anyone will ever know. In my opinion, CASI would not be where we are today without his hard work. Jim, thanks for all you do for CASI.
