We would like to invite everyone out to Texas Hill Country Pod’s 19^th Annual Chili Cookoff in Waring, Texas on December 3, 2011. Friday night will be a cooks party with food, fun and spirits. Bring your favorite games to play Friday and Saturday nite! Saturday turn-in times are Beans – 12pm, Green Chili – 1pm, CASI Chili – 2pm. And don’t forget the ever so popular Soup-Off at 7pm on Saturday nite! We are also having a Christmas Decorating contest at 6:30pm Saturday, so don’t forget to bring your favorite Christmas décor!! Friday night join us for our Annual Toys for Tots cook off. Turn in time 9:00 PM / entry fee $18.00. Saturday Darren Williams Memorial cook off. Entry $18.00 / turn in time 2:00 PM. Silent Auction 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 50/50 raffle /Live entertainment Saturday night. Cooks get in FREE.

If your planning to come to the H-E-B Belton and Temple # 1 H-E-B Cook Off on Dec. 17th and 18 which will be held at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites, and you plan to stay at the Motel, you still have time to make reservations. The reservation needs to be made NO LATER then Dec. 10th to get the $84.00 room rate.

We have moved the cook off to the LaQuinta Inn and Suites in Belton of I-35 next to the Bell County Expo Center for the convenience to the cookers.

If you choose not to stay at the motel, there is plenty of parking for RV's/ NO HOOK Up's.

This is a pet friendly motel and it has a heated inside pool. There will be a cooks party Saturday night. Plenty of food and drinks for all.

 Please call today for your reservations, and make sure you tell them at the front desk that you are cooking in the H-E-B cook off.
