Mark your calendars and plan to attend the 29th Annual Judge Isaac C. Parker Memorial and Arkansas State Open Chili CookOff and Barbecue Championship which is held on June 17 and 18. It will be located at Hyw 71 South and Brooken Hills in Columbus Acres, Fort Smith Arkansas The proceeds benefit the Boy's Shelter of Fort Smith. There is a $5.00 charge which goes to the Boy's Shelter. The Rain Kings will play Friday Night from 7 PM to Midnight. Come browse the vendors!! There will be tasting kits available Saturday after 12 Noon. The tasting cups will cost $3.00.

CASI Board of Directors Meeting! The CASI Summer Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the Irving Elks, Irving TX. This year again at the ACE POD chili cookoff we will be giving Wind Chimes as a Trophy for 1st-10th place Chilis and 1st-3rd place Show. The Wind Chime, as everyone remembers, was started our first year. We are asking the members that sponsored wind chimes last year, if the would like to do it also again this year. The cost is $20.00 and your name will be announced during announcement as sponsoring a Wind Chime. This year on Saturday our charity is the St Hedwig VFD.
If you would like to sponsor a Wind Chime again this year, please just E-mail me back and we will make arrangements. If we have already talked about this and you have said yes, thank you. If you think you might like to sponsor a Wind Chime, please let me know. Ther may be someone who may not wish to continue this year and we would appreciate your support.
