From Margaret Nadeau:
What a great time at Ladies State - congratulations Jean Barkley, well done.

Thank you Steve for all you did to make the Friday night cocktail party so special and surprising us all with the best cake ever! Thank you to all our friends who helped out and who came to visit, it was grand.

Special shout out to all the cooks who donated their remaining chili from Sunday's cook off in Seguin towards the MS 150 fundraiser at The SCOOTER Store. The fundraiser took place on Tuesday of this week, it is the second year for the lunch and each year the event get's bigger and bigger. My co-workers all donated the necessary food items to go with the chili, we fed over 140 people at $5/ea for Chili Frito Pie. An extra incentive for a donation was a chili gift basket that included a $25 gift certificate donated by Mild Bill's Spices. In total we raised $700 for MS. What a joy it is to have a great hobby where so many people have such big hearts. Could not have done this without all of you. Happy Chili Trails, Margaret Nadeau

From Sue Caffey:
Another wet rainy weekend, but 203 brave ladies, came out and cooked, showed, partied, and had fun.

I think this writer had more than most, one reason I am so delayed in sending in the results. Thank you all for coming, sharing, and being there. Thank you gents for running such an excellent cook off and thank you.

My Board for such an excellent Event. I do want all of you to know that 15 minutes after results, we sat down and starting planning for your 2011 Event.

From Vicki Hebert:
Traders Village Parking for motorhomes - if you do not feel comfortable parking on the grass by the bleachers, you can still park in the old spot. You will just have to walk a little bit further to get to the Gray Expo but you will be parking on concrete.
