It is a truly sad day. I've just gotten off the phone with Bobby Elliott. Patsy passed away early this morning. As we all know, Patsy was a dedicated chili cook who battled her illness for years. She was a fine lady and a dear friend. Bobby couldn't give me any information about arrangements, services, etc. He said he'd let me know later.
