Come join us for this fun cook off. The City of Marshall is going all out for us. They want to make this cook off an annual event. Our Annual ETCCO will go back to its regular time the first weekend in October unless the drought or something else prohibits it.

Referees and Head Cooks: Remember that you are responsible for making a CookOff go smoothly and correctly. You need to help the promoter. Make contact with that promoter, make sure that they have all the needed supplies, be there at Registration and assist them through the process! I have had several reports from several CCOs that this did not happen and the CCO was not a real success!
