Dianne and I would like to take a moment to Congratulate all this years TICC Winners. Congratulations, to Connie for Chili Head of the Year, to Dave Boone for Great Pepper of the Year. And to Connie, Tim, Bucky, Carolyn, Dianne and myself for being inducted into the Hall Of Flame. What a great honor.
Now down to Chili Cooking. H-E-B Waco # 5 and H-E-B Mexia would like to invite everyone out to their cook offs on Nov. 26th and 27th. H-E-B Waco # 5 is located at 9100 Woodway Dr. Waco, TX. It will be held on Nov. 26th.
We are having a 1st time Jr. cook off at Waco #5. Turn in time is 1:00 PM for Jr's. Meat and Spices will be provided. Age 7 to 17. There will be two categories 7 to 12 and 13 to 17, The entry fee is $10.00. The CASI cook off turn in time is 2:00 PM and the entry fee is $18.00. It is Chili Grind only. There is plenty of room for EZ-Up's and RV Parking , but there are NO HOOK UP's.
Mexia HEB Nov. 27th. The address is 709 E. Milam St., Mexia, TX. Turn in time is 1:00 PM and the entry fee is $18.00. This is Chili Grand Only. There is plenty of RV Parking and room for EZ Up's. All Proceeds will go to Juvenile Diabetes
