Texas Men's State Chili and BBQ Championship will be held March 26, 2011 in Johnson City, TX at the Blanco County Fairgrounds. It will benefit Johnson City Charities and Emergency Services. There will be a special musical guest, Scooter Pearce. The BBQ Championship will be 70/30 Payback paying 10 places.
It was a great weekend in Waxahachie and here are the results from our 3-day cookoff.
