Got another one of those "situations" and need some hep. The Waterhole Saloon in DelValle has scheduled a Chili /BBQ cook off on July 17. It is up against the PCP Pod cook off in Staples. We are not trying to pit one against the other, all we're asking is that if you are not cooking at Staples, please come to Del Valle.
Ken Rodd is needing help running the cook off and needs cooks. John and I are in the charge of our Annual Caffey family reunion and we cannot help out at either one. Please help us if you can. Please call Ken if you can help him on Saturday 210-887-8827.

Below you will find the registration information. I also encourage any CASI member to attend this meeting. This is whan we make decisions for CASI. It is also a great place to meet other chili cooks. It is a place that you can interact with the other Pods and maybe pick up some very good ideas that you can take home to your Pod. It gives you a GREAT place to say that "I am a chili cook!"
