Another Waco H-E-B #5 Cook Off has now come and gone and we had a wonderful turn out and even the weather was great this year! I want to thank everyone who came to cook we had a couple new cooks this year!!! Which of course makes it even more exciting ! Thank you to John Caffey for being Head Judge. This then allows you to take the new backs and have anything embroidered on them and remove the old back and slide these on the frame and zip them on......yeaaaa......If your arm rests are getting dirty they can be washed in washing machine but do not dry them in dryer......
Will take orders and try to bring to Blancos in Houston or Johnson City for New Years......

If you people have not yet heard, Roylene Johnson is now in the hospital trying to recover from that fall she took in Terlingua. Turns out she has a shattered wrist and three fractures of the pelvis. The wrist now has a plate and 14 screws, and they are going to try to glue her pelvis together tomorrow (Tuesday). She will face a serious rehabilitation period after the pain stops.
