I had the good fortune to ride the river last week as a guest of Desert Sports. Mike Long is certainly a fine local businessman that takes every opportunity to praise CASI. This event gives us a lot of good local pr.

Desert Sports who sponsor Maso Menos Bike Race at the Ranch each year in February have a web site where they advertise our CASI connection.

FYI -- James Dillard was head of the Silver Bullet Chili Team in the 1980s. James died last year. His sons Kirk and Mark were members of that team.Gail Dillard, wife of Kirk Dillard of the Silver Bullet Chili Team of Pasadena, Texas, died Friday morning June 12, 2009 after a long illness. Viewing and the funeral will be at the Rosewood Funeral Home 3939 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77503. (713) 920-2171. Viewing will be Sunday at 4:00 PM and services will be Monday at noon.
