“At the end of February, Wes Carlson, Loves Park IL, cooked in an ICS cookoff in Rhode Island. By being able to find Rhode Island, Wes has now cooked CASI or ICS chili in all fifty United States! Considering that many of us have not even been to all 50 states, that's quite a remarkable feat.”
