Have you used the CIS to input your Cook Off? With postage going up, you can save the price of a stamp. It is a quick and easy process. You just fill in the blanks and push the save button. Your CCO is instantly on the the CIS calendar. CCOs have to be on the calendar by the 15th of the month in order to make the next issue of the trails. This provides you an opportunity to get that CCO that you were just asked to have into the system so that it meets the deadline. If you have questions, please contact Dorathy Williams at 432 371 2595 or email: dorathy@hughes.net.
Do you need a sign on for CIS? Please email me at garjans@suddenlink.net. I will get it back to you as soon as possible. The turn around time depends upon my being home! Once you have that sign on, you can you can access the Name file, the Cook Off File, the State File, the Show Team File, the Organizational Group File, and the History File. Last week in this Blog, I identified these files and what they contain. The personal information for your file is what we have. If it is wrong or incomplete, you need to send this information to me so that I can update your files.
Have a wonderful weekend!
